Please note: We ship orders within 2 business days after verification of street address and credit card approval. Orders shipped to a 3rd party should have the address registered with the credit card company for faster processing. For our customers’ protection, we can provide a signature upon receipt for an additional $3.50. If a charm or other piece of jewelry has to be custom ordered we will inform the customer by email or telephone about approximate delivery time.

Items can not be delivered to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO address. We can only ship to and accept payment from inside of the United States.
