What is the Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Charm-Express.com allows the consumer/purchaser/buyer 30 days from the time of delivery of a product to return or exchange that product for a full cash refund minus any shipping and handling fees which may have been accrued during the transaction.

Important: The Following Items are NOT returnable: ArtCarved mothers’ rings, Freeform mothers’ rings, engravables, charms made into a tie-tac, lapel pin, or charm holder, charms previously soldered and mother and child jewelry with birthstones. Items that are special orders may take up to two weeks before they can be delivered, but the credit card will be charged the day the order is placed. ArtCarved mother’s rings and Freeform mother’s rings will take 4-6 weeks before they can be delivered, except during Mother’s Day.

Return orders will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number from Charm-Express.com. If you need a Return Authorization Number please email us through this form or call us toll free at 888-627-5557. Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 7pm Eastern Standard Time.

Items MUST have a Return Authorization Number, and be returned in “like new” condition with all original packaging. For your protection, returns must be sent via US Postal Service insured mail with a return receipt.
